🚚 1. Shipping Process
At Revolt Collection, we partner with Shiprocket for fast and reliable delivery services across India. We are committed to delivering your products as quickly as possible, and here’s how our process works:
- 1️⃣ Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
- 2️⃣ Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.
- 3️⃣ Shipping & Tracking: We ship all orders through Shiprocket, and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment in real time.
- 4️⃣ Estimated Delivery: Your order will typically arrive within 7 business days, depending on the shipping address. Delivery times may vary based on the region.
- 5️⃣ Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on your location, and the costs will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply on selected orders.
- 6️⃣ Not Shipping Internationally: Please note that Revolt Collection currently ships only within India and does not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
💳 2. Payment Methods
We have made it easy for you to make secure payments while shopping with Revolt Collection. We use Razorpay to process all transactions, ensuring your payment details are safe and secure.
- 1️⃣ UPI Payments: Pay using UPI-based apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm directly at checkout.
- 2️⃣ Debit/Credit Cards: We accept major debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- 3️⃣ Net Banking: Pay directly from your bank account via Net Banking services from leading Indian banks.
- 4️⃣ Wallets: You can also pay using wallets like Paytm, Freecharge, or MobiKwik.
- 5️⃣ Razorpay’s Secure Gateway: All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay, which uses the highest level of encryption to protect your personal and payment information.

🕒 3. Order Confirmation & Cancellations
Once your payment is processed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email with your order details. Please double-check your order for accuracy before confirming the purchase. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless the item is out of stock or there is an issue with payment processing.
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, kindly contact us immediately at support@revoltcollection.com. We can only process cancellations before the shipment process has begun.
📦 4. Delivery & Order Status
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track the status of your delivery. Delivery typically takes 7 business days, but delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the order. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will attempt re-delivery. If delivery fails multiple times, the order will be returned, and a re-shipment charge may apply.
📍 5. Serviceable Areas
Currently, Revolt Collection delivers to all pin codes within India. Please check if your location is serviceable during checkout before placing your order. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and suggest alternatives where possible.
🔄 6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@revoltcollection.com. For returns, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
