💸 Refunds & Cancellations

At Revolt Collection, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Below are our policies for refunds and order cancellations to make your experience as smooth as possible.

🔄 1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once your order is processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, if you need to cancel before dispatch, please follow these simple steps:

  • 1️⃣ Contact Us Immediately: Send us an email at support@revoltcollection.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  • 2️⃣ Order Status Review: If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • 3️⃣ Partial Refund for Shipments: If the order is already in transit, we will not be able to cancel it, but you may choose to return the product after delivery.

💸 2. Refunds

We offer a refund policy for items that are eligible for returns or cancellations. Refunds will be issued once the return is processed and the product is received in its original condition. Here’s how our refund process works:

  • 1️⃣ Eligibility: Only products that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags are eligible for a refund.
  • 2️⃣ Initiate Refund: To start the refund process, please contact our support team at support@revoltcollection.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.
  • 3️⃣ Return Process: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • 4️⃣ Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet) via Razorpay. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account after the return has been processed.
  • 5️⃣ Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items, such as intimate wearpersonalized products, or sale items, are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon receipt.

⚠️ 3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring that our products are in perfect condition when shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll make it right:

  • 1️⃣ Contact Us: If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within **48 hours** of receiving your order.
  • 2️⃣ Return and Refund: We will guide you through the return process. Upon receiving the returned product, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

⏳ 4. Processing Time

Refunds or cancellations can take up to 10-12 business days to process once the returned product has been received by our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed and issued back to your original payment method.
